Pableaux Johnson

Pableaux Johnson is a freelance ipad developer and strategist based in New Orleans.

In previous incarnations, he has worked throughout the publishing industry in varying capacities from production art to newspaper editing to photojournalism to software education.

As a freelance journalist, his focus has been on food/travel writing, restaurant criticism and cooking-related features.
